Black Label Boutique customer support can be reached by sending an email to Support@BlackLabelBoutique.com. Emails received Monday thru Friday between 8am and 5pm cst are typically answered within 1 to 3 hours. Emails received after normal business hours and on weekends are typically responded to within 24 hours.
Special Sales: During "Sale Events" it may take 2 to 3 business days to process and ship your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation email that contains your shipment details when your order has shipped.
Occasionally items may be out of stock and if this happens on a domestic order, we will ship the available items on the order and contact you via email.
Address Verification/Alternate Shipping Address
If your billing and shipping address do not match and this is your first order with us, we may require that your order ship to your billing address. If we contact you for approval to ship to your billing address and do not get a response within 48 hours your order will be canceled. Orders with the same billing and shipping address will ship the quickest.
Pre-Orders
Sale/Coupon codes cannot be applied to pre-order items. All ship dates for pre-orders are approximate. We do not guarantee delivery dates for pre-order items due to unforeseen manufacturing delays. Pre-order items are sold on a first come first serve basis. All pre-orders are charged at the time you place your order. We will accept cancellations on preorder items, but for online credit only to be used on future purchases. If for some reason we cannot fill your order we will issue a full refund.
Online Credits
If you select our “store credit” option for your return, and have obtained a Return Authorization number, you will be issued an online credit. Once your return has been processed your will be emailed with your store credit details.
Cancellations
Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.
Coupon Codes
- Coupon Codes may be applied to Sale Items.
- Coupon Codes cannot be combined.
- Any item discounted more than 24% does not qualify for exchange/return.
We love offering Black Label Boutique customers special promotions and discounts. However there are some additional facts you should be aware of. Any item discounted more than 24% is considered a clearance sale item and cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale items or Sale code orders discounted less than 24% are eligible for size exchanges or store credit only. American Express and Google customers may obtain a refund on Sale Items discounted 25% or less by requesting a refund when emailing us for a return authorization number. Select items may be marked as excluded from sale code use on the add to cart page.

The following items are FINAL SALE items and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns & Exchanges
- 1. Sale Orders and Sale Items discounted 24% or less qualify for a Return Authorization number and size exchange or store credit only.
- 2. Orders discounted more than 24% are considered a “Final Sale” and cannot be returned.
- 3. Orders not discounted by the use of a Sale Code and/or items not purchased “on sale” qualify for a full refund.
- 4. American Express and Google Checkout customers qualify for a refund on orders not discounted more than 25% by requesting a "refund" when emailing support@blacklabelboutique.com for a Return Authorization number. Refund requests must be submitted and approved when requesting your Return Authorization number.
Please email Support@BlackLabelBoutique.com to obtain a "Return Authorization" number and return the unused item in its original condition with all the original packaging including the Invoice/Packing Slip and Return Form within the time frame stated on your Return Authorization email. Items received after 14 days of receipt will not be accepted back. We recommend that you insure your return package and obtain proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit. Returns are typically processed within 7 days, exchanges within 4 to 7 business days. Purchaser is responsible for shipping charges on all exchanges. Domestic exchange shipping is $6 International is $12.

International Returned/Refused Shipments
If you decide to return or refuse your order you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise credit.
All orders ship by USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail and do not provide tracking just delivery confirmation.
Terms: Orders placed before 12 PM CST will begin processing immediately. Orders placed after 12 PM CST will be processed on the next business day.
USPS Domestic Regular Mail is FREE USPS Domestic Express Shipping $20/USPS Worldwide Express Shipping - $20 to $30 depending on country
Price: $20.00 for Canada, Australia, Japan and Great Britain, all other Countries $30.00

Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 12PM CST will be processed on the following Monday. If the merchandise you selected is not currently in stock or additional information is required you will be contacted via email. We do not offer Saturday delivery. DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.

Please email us if you desire shipping to a country not currently listed and refer to our shipping policy page for shipping costs. At this time we do not ship to Germany, Ireland and Africa.
International orders that ship by USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail may take on average 14 to 20 days to arrive but often may take longer,(during the month of December and January, allow for 2 week delays) tracking is not available. Any package may be delayed in customs and could take longer to arrive.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Contact your local customs office for further information. When placing an order, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
