Emails received Monday thru Friday between 8am and 5pm cst are typically answered within 1 to 3 hours. Emails received after normal business hours and on weekends are answered within 24 hours.

Special Sales: During "Sale Events" it may take 2 to 3 business days to process and ship your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation email that contains shipment details once your order has shipped.

Occasionally items are out of stock; if this happens on a domestic order, we will ship the available items on your order and contact you via email.

Address Verification/Alternate Shipping Address

If your billing and shipping address do not match on your first order with us, we require that the order ship to the billing address on file with your financial institution. If you request shipping to an alternate address, we will contact you via email for approval to ship to your billing address. If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, we will cancel and refund your order. Orders with the same billing and shipping address ship the most quickly.

Pre-Orders

Sale/Coupon codes cannot be applied to pre-order items. All ship dates for pre-orders are approximate. We do not guarantee delivery dates for pre-order items due to unforeseen manufacturing delays. Pre-order items are sold on a first-come/first-served basis. All pre-orders are charged at the time you place your order. We will accept cancelations and returns on preorder items, but for online credit only to be used on future purchases. If for some reason we cannot fill your order we will issue a full refund.

Online Credits

If you select our Store Credit option for your return, and have obtained a Return Authorization number, you will be issued an online credit. Once your return has been processed your store credit details will be emailed to you.

Cancelations

Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to it, including canceling.

Sale Codes

  • Sale Codes may be applied to sale items.
  • Sale Codes cannot be combined.
  • Any item discounted more than 20% does not qualify for return. Any item marked as a Special Occasion style qualifies for size exchange only when a Return Authorization is obtained within 3 days of receipt of your order.

We love offering Black Label Boutique customers special promotions and discounts. However there are some additional facts you should be aware of. Any item discounted more than 20% is considered a final sale item and cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale items or sale code orders discounted 20% or less are eligible for size exchange, store credit or refund. Select items may be marked as excluded from sale code use on the product page.

Final Sale Items

The following items are FINAL SALE items and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Special Occasion Styles

Select items are marked as Special Occasion styles on the product page. Special Occasion styles are not eligible for return or refund, size exchanges only. Should the size you desire not be available, you will be issued a store credit. You may obtain a size exchange on a Special Occasion purchase by emailing support@blacklabelboutique.com within 3 days of receipt of your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Any item discounted more than 20% is a final sale and not eligible for return.

Any item discounted 20% or less qualifies for a Return Authorization number and full refund, store credit or exchange.

For all returns, please email support@blacklabelboutique.com for a Return Authorization number. Return unused item in its original condition with all the original packaging. Include the Invoice/Packing Slip and Return Form within the time frame stated in your Return Authorization email. We will not accept any return items after 14 days of receipt on your end. Returns are typically processed in 7 business days, exchanges in 4 to 7. We recommend shipping through USPS.com for the best rates, and insuring your return package/obtaining proof of delivery in the event your package gets lost in transit. You are responsible for shipping charges on all exchanges; we do not provide pre-paid shipping labels. Domestic exchange shipping is $6, International $12. If you choose USPS, you can print your return label and schedule a pickup from your home.

International Returned/Refused Shipments

If you decide to return or refuse your order you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise credit.

Terms: Orders placed before 12 PM CST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will begin processing immediately. Orders placed after 12 PM CST will be processed on the next business day.

USPS Domestic Regular Mail is FREE - Domestic Express Shipping is $30

Other Shipping Information:

Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 12PM CST will be processed on the following Monday. If the merchandise you selected is not currently in stock or additional information is required you will be contacted via email. We do not offer Saturday delivery. DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.

International Shipping

Regular $12.00 Express $30 - Any order originating from a country not on our shipping list below will be declined by our credit card processor. New customers placing orders to or from outside the US, must register by creating a store account before placing an order, in order avoid delay in processing your order, please email a scanned copy of your credit card and driver's license to support@blacklabelboutique.com within 24 hours of submitting your order. All International orders must ship to the billing address of the cardholder only. If verification of identity is not received upon request, your order will be canceled and refunded. Our fraud prevention measures are in place to protect you against any unauthorized use of your credit card. This is a first order requirement only; future orders will not require verification.

International orders that ship by USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail may take an average 14 to 20 days to arrive but can take longer, especially during the months of December and January, when two-week delays are not uncommon. Updated tracking is not available on Priority or First Class parcels. Any package could be delayed in customs and take longer to arrive.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Contact your local customs office for further information. When placing an order, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

APO/FPO/DPO Shipping

We ship to military addresses using USPS Shipping.
