Shipping Policy
FREE Domestic Shipping on Non-Sale Merchandise Only - Orders that contain items on sale, or discounted by use of a coupon/sale code or special offer pay $4.80 for shipping. FREE International Shipping on Orders over $100 that contain non-sale merchandise only. International Orders that contain sale merchandise or discounted by use of a coupon/sale code or special offer pay $12.00 for shipping by Priority Mail
Orders ship from Texas, USA. The United States Post Office does not provide updated tracking unless you purchase Express Overnight or Global Express shipping for $30.00.
Domestic Shipping
Items are usually shipped the same or next business day unless they are a Pre-Order item in which case you will be notified by email. Transit time is approximately 2 days for Priority and 3 to 4 days for Ground or First Class Mail to major metropolitan areas, rural areas may take longer. Please note that while USPS 2-3 Day Priority is fast and usually ships next business day, the arrival time is not guaranteed. Ground and First Class Mail is typically received within 4 business days. If you need a guaranteed arrival time, we suggest you consider purchasing 2-Day Priority Shipping for $6 or Overnight Express Shipping for $30. Please note that all orders over $250 require a signature upon delivery.

International Shipping - All International Orders For Non-Sale Merchandise over $100 ship by Ground for Free, Upgrade to USPS Priority Mail for $12. Orders under $100 or that contain Sale Merchandise pay $12 for Priority Flat Rate Shipping.
Typical transit time to most countries is between 12 to 14 days for Priority Mail, Ground shipping may take longer, occasionally items can experience customs delays of several weeks. In transit tracking is not provided for your package, we can only confirm delivery. Customer is responsible for any taxes imposed by your country which may include customs, duties or import tax.
Black Label Boutique also offers expedited international shipping by USPS Global Express Mail, for a flat fee of $30. Shipping time is typically 3-6 days, but as with Air Mail, orders can occasionally be delayed in customs. Global Express Mail also provides full tracking of your package during transit.
Calculating Your Order Cost in a Foreign Currency
All prices on our site are listed in US dollars, and charged in US dollars. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. How to Send Back Your Return (US Orders)
Please indicate on your invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item. For exchanges, please indicate the model, size and color. We recommend you obtain Delivery Confirmation and Tracking on all returns, we are not responsible for lost packages.
How to Send Back Your Return (International Orders)
International exchanges & returns work in the same way as domestic exchanges & returns. Address exchanges & returns to the address provided on your invoice.
Exchanges and Returns
Black Label Boutique will issue a full refund for all non-clearance items received within 25 days of when the items were shipped, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and free of defects. No returns on Pre-Order Items. No returns accepted when using any Promotion or Sale Code. No returns on Jewelry. Items received after 25 days but within 30 days will qualify for store credit. For exchanges, you may still return the item within 20 days of when you received the exchanged item. Shipping return and exchange charges are non-refundable.
Defective Product
If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our descretion.
JewelryAll Jewelry Sales are Final. No returns, exchanges or store credit on jewelry. Clearance Items
No returns on merchandise sold at a 30% or greater discount as this is considered a clearance sale. Sale items discounted 25% must be postmarked within 3 business days of when you received the item. Please note that by postmarked we mean that you have sent it within 3 days, even if we have not yet received it. There is no advantage to sending a return overnight verses standard shipping. If you do not meet the timeframe for returns of sale items, we may at our discretion issue store credit rather than a refund.
Shoes
We do not accept returns on shoes or boots that have been scuffed. Please be extremely careful trying on all shoes. We recommend trying them on on carpet, for a very limited time, and inspecting them for marks before attempting to send them back. All shoe and or boot returns must include the original shoe box, in the original condition. (not bent or damaged in anyway)
Consumable Products
Please note we do not accept returns on consumable products that have been used, including perfume, cosmetics, and other beauty products.
