Occasionally items may be out of stock and if this happens on a domestic order, we will ship the available items on the order and contact you via email.

Address Verification/Alternate Shipping Address

If your billing and shipping address do not match, we may require additional information to process your order. If we contact you for additional information and do not get a response within 48 hours we will ship the merchandise to the "bill-to" address. Orders requiring additional information may not only delay shipment, but we result in cancellation of your order. Orders with the same billing and shipping address will ship the quickest.

Pre-Orders

Sale/Coupon codes cannot be applied to pre-order items. All ship dates for pre-orders are approximate. We do not guarantee delivery dates for pre-order items due to unforeseen manufacturing delays. Pre-order items are sold on a first come first serve basis. All pre-orders are changed at the time you place your order. We will accept cancellations on preorder items, but for online credit only to be used on future purchases. If for some reason we cannot fill your order we will issue a full refund.

Online Credits

Within 5 to 7 business days of receipt of returned items, a customer will be issued an online credit. It is valid for one year and will be applied to your future order/orders with us.

Cancellations

Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.

Coupon Codes

Coupon codes cannot be applied to Sale items

No Returns allowed when using any Coupon Code

Final Sale Items

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not provide a refund on any sale item. All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Allowable returned items will be given an online store credit. There are no exceptions.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase return the unused item in its original condition within 14 days of receipt for a store credit only, good for 1 year, or exchange, less shipping costs. Please do not return any sale or "FINAL SALE" merchandise, you will not be given store credit. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted back.

Returns are typically processed within 3 weeks. Exchanges within 3 business days. Purchaser is responsible for shipping charges on all exchanges.

Returns must be in original condition, with all the original packaging, including the original invoice.

We recommend that you insure your return package and obtain proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit.

International Returned/Refused Shipments - If you decide to return or refuse your order you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise credit.

USPS Next Day Shipping is available on all orders to the continental United States. All other orders ship by USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail and do not provide tracking just delivery confirmation. If you do not qualify for Free Domestic Shipping your shipping cost is $6.00

Terms: Orders placed before 12 PM CST will begin processing immediately. Orders placed after 12 PM CST will be processed on the next business day.

USPS Domestic Next Day Shipping $20/USPS Worldwide Express Shipping - $20 to $30 depending on country

Price: $20.00 for Canada, Australia, Japan and Great Britan, all other Countries $30.00

Other Shipping Information:

Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 12PM CST will be processed on the following Monday. If the merchandise you selected is not currently in stock or additional information is required you will be contacted via email. We do not offer Saturday delivery. DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.


International Shipping

Orders that ship by USPS Priority Mail will take on average 14 days to arrive but often may take longer, tracking is not available. Any package may be delayed in customs and could take longer to arrive.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Contact your local customs office for further information. When placing an order, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. You authorize us to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance (on your behalf) any duties and taxes owed by you.
