Shipping - Domestic

All orders ship by USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail unless you select Express Shipping. Average transit times range from 2 to 8 business days for Regular Shipping and 1 to 3 business days for Express Shipping. We do not provide pre-paid or return shipping labels. USPS provides only delivery confirmation (and not updated tracking) on Priority/1st Class Mail.

Terms: Orders placed before 12 PM CST Monday thru Friday will begin processing immediately, unless the order is placed during a "Sale Event" in which orders typically ship within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM CST will be processed on the next business day.

USPS Domestic Regular Mail is FREE

USPS Domestic Express Shipping is $30

Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 12PM CST will be processed on the following Monday. If the merchandise you selected is not currently in stock or additional information is required you will be contacted via email. We do not offer Saturday delivery. DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS. Credit Card orders over $250 and Paypal orders over $50 will require a signature upon delivery; should you miss your delivery, contact USPS.com to reschedule.

International Shipping

Regular $12.00 Express $30 - Any order originating from a country not on our shipping list below will be declined by our credit card processor. New customers placing orders to or from outside the US must register by creating a store account before placing an order. Upon submission of your first order, you will be contacted by email to provide identity and billing address verification. Please email a scanned copy of your credit card statement that confirms and clearly shows your billing address and name to support@blacklabelboutique.com within 24 hours of submitting your order. All International orders must ship to the billing address of the cardholder only. If verification of identity is not received upon request, your order will be cancelled and refunded. Our fraud prevention measures are in place to protect you against any unauthorized use of your credit card details. This is a first order requirement only and future orders will not require verification.

International orders that ship by USPS Priority or 1st Class Mail will take on average 14 to 20 business days to arrive but often may take longer; tracking is not available. During December, please allow for additional transit time. Any package may be delayed in customs and could take longer to arrive.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Contact your local customs office for further information. When placing an order, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
