Fastest Response Time

Please use email only to contact us for the fastest response time. Your inquiry will be given personal attention within hours if received between 9am and 5pm. Need an item measured? A dress shipped overnight and you ordered it at 3:00pm? A sizing recommendation? That's what we are here for, we look forward to hearing from you. While we may not be able to get back to everyone the same day, we promise to try our best. International Shipping FAQ

All items ship from the United States.

International Shipping transit time is approximately 14 days if not delayed in customs.

Priority Mail does not provide updated tracking and the USPS website will not show the current location or status of your package.

You will not be able to obtain the status of your package by phone.

If you desire tracking we suggest Global Express for $30.
